Exchanges and returns are hassle free. No need to call or E-mail for authorization — just fill out the form on the back of our invoice — use the return mailing label provided and send ground UPS or insured parcel post only.
If you’ve received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please call Customer Service at 1-888-324-9634 before returning. If you’re returning through the Post Office, please have the merchandise insured.
